Brigade maintains its own fabrication shop in order to better handle the ebb and flow of fire sprinkler system repair and production schedules. Keeping the work in-house also allows for greater quality and control.
Our fabrication shop is utilizing the latest products and piping systems for all types of applications, including the use of black, galvanized, stainless and CPVC (plastic).
Custom Fabrication
Custom work by our certified welders and state of the art automated welding machines enable us to lower costs and guarantee the highest level of quality for all fire sprinkler system repair and production needs.
Fully Equipped
We are fully equipped to thread and groove piping systems as well as the ability to MIG or TIG weld stainless, galvanized and black piping systems.
Fully Stocked Facility
With a fully stocked fabrication facility, we also carry a complete line of inventory in house. This gives Brigade the ability to man projects faster, reducing lead times and also ensures that we can service our 24 hour emergency calls without being at the mercy of a supplier for materials.
